  • Not expensive
Disadvantages
  • If the trays do not match properly, the effectiveness is reduced
  • Its gel can lead to irritation if the gums were touched
  • Results will depend on the brand and the person

  • Most effective procedure
  • It will be done by a dental professional therefore no safety concerns
  • No complications 
  • If you will take good care of your dental health, results will last for a long time
Disadvantages
  • Most expensive treatment
  • If repeated and too much treatment, it can wear out your teeth
  • Expect you will have teeth sensitivity for few days
  • Some patients mentioned they have to swell on lips
